Two years ago, I purchased an old Canon AE-1 film camera. I've always wanted to own an analog camera but I didn't know where I could find a not-so-expensive-functional one so I took a chance and bought one on ebay; not knowing for certain whether or not it worked, I loaded it with film and started shooting around Paris. Last week I finally developped the two films I had used and it was quite a nice surprise to find these photos from Matt Corby's concert in July 2016. One of my all time favorite artists.
The concert took place at FLOW, a floating boat on the rive gauche of Paris in the 7th arrondissement. I find these photos quite hilarious because they illustrate exactly how I am during concerts — always trying to find a gap between two strangers' heads just so I can see the artist's face. Being 5'1 is tough man. If you haven't heard of Matt Corby, you should definitely listen to his album Telluric. He has such a unique and powerful voice.

I take a lot of photos but I don't always share everything on the blog because they sometimes don't "fit well together". So I thought I'd start a new photo series to share random photos from my everyday life. It's also a way for me to be more active on the blog! 1. Spring's first blossoms at Champ de Mars. 2. Cute cars making up for gloomy rainy days. 3. Inside Suzanne Valdon's apartment at Musée de Montmarte.
