Saint-Emilion Photo Diary
I wasn't exactly planning on sharing any travel post on the blog before summer, but by the end of January, a friend and I took a last minute trip to the south of France. It was quite unplanned; we had just finished our exams and we wanted to go somewhere not too far from (and sunnier than) Paris, just for the weekend. So, we bought our train tickets and booked a hotel for one night in the center of Bordeaux.
After checking-in, leaving our bags at the hotel and seeing just a tiny bit of the city, we had to rush back to the train station to catch the train to Saint-Emilion, a wine area near Bordeaux. We spent our afternoon strolling around the village, and sipping wine in the vineyards. It was Once we got to the top of the village, it was time to rush back to the train station to catch the 5 PM train or else we would've been stuck there for three more hours. Next up, my Bordeaux photo diary!
